Raymond Siu Ming Wong, M.D.

Dr. Wong received his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and completed specialist training in Haematology & Haematological Oncology, Internal Medicine, and Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics at Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong. He further undertook Blood and Marrow Transplantation Fellowship training at MD Anderson Cancer Center, USA, and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He plays a leading role in haematology and transfusion services within Hong Kong’s public hospital system and currently serves as Convenor of the Haematology Working Group, Chairman of the Central Committee on Transfusion Service, and Co-Chairperson of the Expert Panel on Patient Blood Management. He is President-elect of the Asia-Pacific Society on Thrombosis & Hemostasis and has authored over 150 peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals.
